Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and details of the issue to initiate a return or exchange.
- 2.Document Any Damage
If your glass bottles or flagons arrived broken, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and the outer packaging for insurance purposes.
- 3.Secure the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unopened condition and packed securely in the original shipping box to prevent further transit damage.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the goods, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
